This is with this short pitch in mind that with Romain we developed the cold and technological virtual universe of Unidata.
Using AI-generated images we established reference moodboards that guided our first visual tests. We designed an artifact room in which we moved virtually in real-time during our presentation to class, thanks to VirtuCamera and the Blender Eevee render engine.
I also took charge of making scripts automating the activation of flashing lights and mapped a theremin in TouchDesigner to control the opening animation of an interdimensional portal. With the desire to create an innovative performance from a technical and visual point of view, we brought together a wide variety of techniques, which fit perfectly into our fictional story’s universe.
